Sessions typically run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your pet's size, coat type, and the services included. We never rush — the timing is shaped around your pet's comfort, not a clock.
Never. We work entirely through positive reinforcement — treats, calm voices, and patience. If an animal is genuinely distressed, we pause and adapt. Your pet's wellbeing always comes first.
We exclusively use professional hypoallergenic cosmetics from premium brands. All products are free from parabens, artificial colorants, and known irritants. We're happy to share product details on request.
We recommend our Puppy/Kitten First Visit package. It's a slow, gentle introduction designed to build positive associations with grooming tools and handling — before any actual cutting or clipping begins.
In most cases we gently ask owners to wait in our reception area. Many pets focus better — and feel less anxious — when they can't see their owner. We'll keep you posted with updates during longer sessions.
